Grief, trauma & life coaching for women · All sessions virtual

You're still here.
That means something.

I'm Crystal Cox Snyder. I lost my husband to suicide and was left with two children and a quiet wish to give up. I didn't. Now I help women find their way out of survival mode and build a life they can be proud of again.

This sucks. It's unfair. And guess what? We're still getting up tomorrow.

About Crystal

The day my world stopped, and why I'm still here

I didn't find this work in a textbook. I found it on the floor of my own life.

When my husband died by suicide, everything I knew ended in a single day. The future we'd planned was gone. I was a widow and a single mother of two, carrying a grief I didn't have words for, plus the questions that come with a suicide loss: why, what did I miss, how do I tell my kids.

I'll be honest with you, because honesty is the whole point of what I do. There were days I wanted to give up. Some mornings, getting out of bed was the only thing I got done. I kept going because two little faces were looking at me, needing breakfast and a ride to school and a mom who was still there.

So I got up, and then I got up again the next day. Healing didn't come as a big breakthrough. It came slowly: a boundary here, a hard conversation there, and eventually believing that my life wasn't over just because the life I'd planned was.

"Healing isn't linear. But it also isn't something you have to figure out alone."

That's where the name comes from. Still Here is my story, and it's a promise to every woman who reaches out. You don't have to pretend it's fine, and you don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to still be here. We'll build from there.

Along the way I went back to school to understand what I'd been through. I studied psychology at Colorado Technical University, became a certified clinical medical assistant, and trained through AccrediPro University as a certified grief & loss specialist, narcissistic abuse recovery specialist, ADHD coach and women's hormone health practitioner. In February 2026, Influential Women recognized me as an Influential Woman.

Coaching won't cover up the pain. It helps you work through it, take back control and rise stronger.
